KK Osijek - KK Zaprešić 3:5

In the continuation of the league appearances we visited the Osijek team. The hosts need points if they want to stay in the fight for the place they see in the Euro competitions. In the upcoming championship of the championship, the Mertojak and Grmoščica had a great chance of winning points, so we knew that this match would be an ideal preparation for the return of the Champions League in Belgrade.
The hosts put all their adute into the first block. So there were Manev (590) against Rados (603), Bogdanovic (582) against Liovic (632) and Fridl (545) against Mucanic (617). In the first set, our players managed to compensate for 33 knives, but the advantage was still over 100 crowns. But in the second set, Stoklas recovered 26 chips, and Vlakevski 17 so the difference was reduced to 61 chips. In the third set it seemed that the hosts would succeed in defending the advantage because Tutnjevic and Kharkanovac increased the advantage for 3 chips while Bolanca got a set for 26 chips. But in the last set, all three of our players come up to a point and break the match in our favor. In the end, we turned the backlog of 135 cunts into the advantage of 46 cunts.
Apart from the points, we are pleased with the fighting that will be needed for 14 days in Belgrade. Congratulations to the hosts for the excellent match that was great for Overture LP thanks to a great after-game.
